Its a battle with yourself
To give up
Would be utter defeat

So you add in
Abs, squats, shadow boxing
Until you can't do anymore

You Don't neglect pull ups
Or push ups
Keeping that chest to the floor

You start to envision your arms
Like mountains that stand high
Looking at the clock
Two hours passed by

So focused
Your a person that's strong willed
So you jump on the treadmill
Twenty more minutes won't kill

No time to say hi
Or chat with your friends
Just thinking of tomorrow
When you will do it all again!!
